Park View is a Community Area Development that was established in 1966 with a population of 2,200. The community is unincorporated but still enjoyes services such as city water and sewer, underground public utilities and snow removal.

It blends both single and multifamily housing with over fifty acres of green space that contains sidewalk/bicycle paths with playgrounds along the way. Neil Armstrong Elementary school is part of the North Scott School District and houses K-6 grades. Park View is home to two churches, chiropractors, restaurants, convenience store, dentist and Heritage Christian School.

Meetings are held at 7:00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month. The Annual Meeting is the 3rd Wednesday in May. All Residents are welcome to attend meetings!
