Here are some of the benefits available to members:

CHAMBER GIFT CERTIFICATES
Chamber gift certificates are available in $5 and $10 increments and can be used at any participating Chamber member business. Chamber Gift Certificates are available by calling or stopping at the Chamber Office or at First Central State Bank in Long Grove and Eldridge. There is no cost to member businesses to participate.

FREE INTERNET LISTING
All members are listed free of charge in the "Find a Business" section on the internet. Businesses are listed alphabetically and by category and will be “hyper-linked” upon request.

TAX DEDUCTIBILITY
Membership in the Chamber is tax deductible as a “necessary business expense”, not as a charitable contribution.

REFERRALS
In response to inquiries, the Chamber only refers our members to fill the purchasing and service needs.

BROCHURE DISPLAY
The Chamber lobby has a floor and a wall stand available for your brochure, flyer or business card. Only member businesses can display their items for the general public to pick up.

MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY
Members are listed and may advertise in this annual reference piece. Members are listed alphabetically and by classified category. Beginning in 2006, the Business Directory will be inserted into the North Scott Press and available for pick up at area businesses.

BULK MAILING PERMIT
The Chamber has a bulk mailing permit, which is for use on large mailings of 200 or more identical pieces. Using the permit can save up to $.11 per piece on regular letter size. Members are welcome to mail using our permit.

NOTARY PUBLIC SERVICE
Now availabe to all members - free notary service through the Chamber staff.

MAILING LABELS
The chamber office has mailing labels available of current members. Any member may purchase a set of membership labels for only $15.00. What a great way to do some direct marketing!!

NEW RESIDENT COUPON BOOK
Each year the Chamber assembles a coupon book to mail to new residents in the North Scott area. We'd like your business to be included! Call the Chamber Office at 285-9965 for more details! This opportunity is available only to members of the Eldridge-North Scott Chamber of Commerce!

CHAMBER CHAT INSERTS
Promote your business to all Chamber members by advertising with an insert in the Chamber Chat. Reasonable advertising rates make it easy for you to get the most for your $$$$. The Chamber Chat is mailed the first of each month. The insert is also scanned and sent electronically to all members with email addresses.
